More info

Château Lascombes is a Second Grand Cru Classé in 1855. With 130 hectares of vines, the terroir has a wide variety of soils: clay-limestone, clayey gravel and gravel ... 120 hectares are located in the Margaux appellation and 10 hectares are in the Haut-Médoc appellation. The particularity of this property is to have more Merlot in the vineyard: 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot.

MASCSF, a French mutual, owner of Château Lascombes since 2011, intends to produce quality wines while respecting the Médoc tradition with the help of Dominique Befve, managing director since 2001 and Michel Rolland, consultant oenologist.

Chevalier de Lascombes is the estate's second wine. Château Lascombes is an elegant wine with good concentration and great finesse.
