More info
Over 80 meters above the Dordogne valley, the small estate, like its immediate neighbors, optimally combines the qualities required for high-level viticulture.
From the care of the vines to the vinification and aging, great rigor and extreme attention are required since it is the head of culture and the cellar master of Château Pavie, surrounded by their team, who watch over Bellevue-Mondotte, striving to deliver a wine of extreme delicacy. A rare and elegant concentrate of Merlot.
Partly enclosed in Château Pavie-Decesse, on the clay-limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, Château Bellevue-Mondotte truly benefits from an “immense” terroir.
